Alumni Association President
Dear Students and Alumni,

Over the past several years, I've enjoyed keeping tabs on the Master's program in public policy as it has grown and provided even better opportunities to students to learn the skills that prepare them for stimulating careers or for further education. I've also been pleased to see how valuable the degree is to alumni, and how so many of you are succeeding in business, government, education owing in part to your BYU MPP experience.

The new BYU MPP Student-Alumni Association has been organized to help enhance the value of the public policy program to both students and alumni. The Student-Alumni Association will provide a network for students and alumni seeking new opportunities or contacts. It will connect students to information on interships, and to valuable alumni feedback that can help them leverage their BYU credential in the job market. And it will allow alumni the opportunity to participate in growing and improving the program.

As the president of the new BYU MPP Student-Alumni Association, I invite you to be a part of this exciting new opportunity by logging on to the public policy program's Web site, where you'll find information on changes to the program. You'll also learn how you can connect to your former classmates and to current students. And you'll find out about opportunities to help the public policy program become better-recognized, better-funded, and better-equipped to recruit and teach the very best students.

I look forward to hearing from you and appreciate your support of the Student-Alumni Association.
